Arrive early: delegates who arrive either on Sunday evening or first thing Monday meet the most people during the event. Sunday evening is also a great ice-breaker for first timers as we have a relaxed reception with food and drinks.
Stay at the venue: we fit so much into the two days and the Monday evening dinner is a great way to unwind and relax with fellow delegates, colleagues and exhibitors. We provide a three-course dinner, entertainment and drinks to reward everyone for a hard days work.
Use your Calling Card: this has been designed to help you touch base with as many of our exhibiting companies as possible. Carry your card around the Exhibition and to lunches and receptions and you will soon find you have met a lot of people.
Famailiarise yourself with the layout of the venue: view the hall plan and the exhibitor list.
See if there are any offers you can take advantage of before the event. If there are particular companies you wish to meet this means you can touch base with them beforehand, saving time at the event.
Use the Delegate Message Service at reception: this is ideal if you want to leave your card for another delegate.
Decide which workshops you want to attend in advance: these can be booked on arrival at the event at our Registration Desk, remaining places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Bring a colleague: there is so much to learn and take in that bringing a colleague can be an advantage so you can sit in more sessions and each of you will remember different aspects you can share afterwards.
