The Business Travel Conference 2012 will host 100 of the 200 buyer places.
Who can apply? Corporate buyers and arrangers of company travel and meetings. Hosted buyers will have direct influence in buying / arranging travel and/or meetings and / or in setting company travel/meetings policy and a minimum annual company spend of GBP200K.
What is included for successful applicants? Hosted buyers are provided with full event pass covering all refreshments, lunches both days, entrance to all conference sessions and workshops plus Monday night sponsored drinks reception and seated dinner. Hosted delegates will also receive a double room at Novotel London West with breakfast on the night of Monday 22nd October.
Hosted buyer commitment: By applying for hosted buyer status you agree to attend two full days* of The Business Travel Conference including the Monday night drinks reception and seated dinner held in the venue. *arriving by 9.30am on Monday 22nd October and leaving p.m. on Tuesday 23rd October.
Cancellation policy: Hosted buyers who find they are unable to attend TBTC can send a qualifying colleague in their place at no extra charge (as long as colleague is not already registered as a hosted buyer). Hosted buyers who cancel within 30 days of the event (20th September onwards) and do not send a colleague in their place on the day agree to pay a cancellation fee of £400 to cover event pass costs, venue meal and refreshment costs and accommodation costs which are all non refundable to the organiser at this stage.

Two Day Pass: We will also release a limited number of two day passes for corporate buyers & arrangers of business travel and meetings who do not require accommodation saving £250.
Buyer commitment: By applying for a two day attend both days of The Business Travel Conference.
Cancellation policy: Buyers who find they are unable to attend TBTC can send a qualifying colleague in their place at no extra charge (as long as colleague is not already registered to attend). Buyers who cancel within 30 days of the event (20th September onwards) and do not send a colleague in their place on the day agree to pay a cancellation fee of £250 to cover event pass costs, venue meal and refreshment costs which are all non refundable to the organiser at this stage.
One Day Pass: We will also release a limited number of one day passes for corporate buyers & arrangers of business travel and meetings for attendance on either the Monday or Tuesday saving £150. The Monday pass also includes a place at our main Monday night seated dinner with drinks and entertainment.
Buyer commitment: By applying for a one day pass you commit to attend the event on the day specified.

Paid spaces: To guarantee one of our 200 places buyers can also apply online for places. A one day pass costs £150 and a two day pass £250.
Registration will open on Wednesday 1st February 2012.
